In China, people eat noodles with soup, They also eat them fried with vegetables and meat. Sometimes noodles are made of rice and sometimes of eggs. Some noodles are called glass noodles because they are so thin that yon call see through them! Noodles are eaten with chopsticks and western
visitors to China often find this difficult. Westerners are used to having noodles with a knife and a fork. But you don't always have to use chopsticks to eat noodles. In Thailand, people use a fork and a spoon. Thai noodles are usually filed with eggs and chillies and sometimes shrimps and other types of seafood are added.
People in Italy also eat noodles with a spoon and a fork, but they call noodles spaghetti! Spaghetti is usually eaten with meat or tomato sauce.
In Germany, people eat noodles as well and they are cooked just like many other types of noodles-boiled in water. Noodles there are eaten with a fork, either with sauce or just with a little butter and cheese.
