GeneralDescription

TheHT70XXseriesisasetofthree-terminallowpowervoltagedetectorsimplementedinCMOStechnology.Eachvoltagedetectorintheseriesdetectsaparticularfixedvoltagerangingfrom2.2Vto7V.Thevoltagede-tectorsconsistofahigh-precisionandlowpowercon-sumptionstandardvoltagesource,acomparator,hysteresiscircuit,andanoutputdriver.CMOStechnol-ogyensureslowpowerconsumption.

Althoughdesignedprimarilyasfixedvoltagedetectors,thesedevicescanbeusedwithexternalcomponentstodetectuserspecifiedthresholdvoltages(NMOSopendraintypeonly).

IfVDDfallsbelowtheminimumoperatingvoltage,theoutputbecomesundefined.WhenVDDgoesfromlowtoVDD´RB/(RA+RB)>VREF,thecomparatoroutputandVOUTgoeshigh.
