根据本厂用电负荷,并适当考虑生产的发展,按安全可靠,技术先进,经济合理的要求,确定工厂变电所的位置与型式,通过负荷计算,确定主变压器台数及容量,进行短路电流计算,选择变电所的主接线及高、低压电气设备,选择整定继电保护装置,最后按要求写出设计计算说明书,绘出设计图纸。 三、设计资料

(2)工厂负荷数据:本工厂多数车间为3班制,年最大负荷利用小时数6400小时。本厂负荷统计资料见表1,学生组合方案见表2。

电所110/38.5/11kV,50 MVA变压器供电,供电电压可任选。另外,与本厂相距5公里处的其他工厂可以引入10kV线路做备用电源,但容量只能满足本厂负荷的30%重要负荷,平时不准投入,只在本厂主要电源故障或检修时投入。 (4)电源的短路容量(城北变电所):35kV母线的出线断路器断流容量为1500MVA;10kV母线的出线断路器断流容量为350 MVA。
(5)供电局要求的功率因素:当35kV供电时,要求工厂变电所高压侧
cos0.9;当以10kV供电时,要求工厂变电所高压侧cos0.95。
(6)电费制度:按两部制电费计算。变压器安装容量每1kVA为15元/月,动力电费为0.3元/kWh,照明电费为0.55元/(kWh)。
(7)气象资料:本厂地区最高温度为38℃,最热月平均最高气温29℃,最热月地下0.8m处平均温度为22℃,年主导风向为东风,年雷暴雨日数为20天。 (8)地质水文资料:本厂地区海拔60m,地层以砂黏土为主,地下水位为2m。 四、设计任务 (一)设计计算说明书
