The AP4313 is a highly integrated solution for a con-stant voltage/constant current mode SMPS application.The AP4313 contains one 1.21V voltage reference

with ±1% accuracy, one current sensing circuit and twooperational amplifiers. Combining the voltage refer-ence with one operational amplifier makes AP4313 anideal voltage controller for use in adapters and batterychargers. The other low voltage reference combinedwith the other operational amplifier makes it an idealcurrent limiter for output low side current sensing.The AP4313 is available in SOT-23-6 package.
