摘要：A thermal flowmeter which includes a main flow passage, a laminar flow(capillary) sensor passage connected across the main flow passage and a porous flowdivider in the main flow passage between the inlet and outlet of the sensor passage. Theporous flow divider element is a sintered 316 series stainless steel cup-shape insertthreaded into the main passage. By alternatively utilizing inserts of different lengths andporosities, the flow division may be varied accurately across a wide range.
